Get up and move!

We should be in activity at least an hour per day. And this is my opinion on why.

Our human body needs that amount of time with physical activity every single day. It makes us build muscle and strengthen our joints and bones.

We need at least one hour and up to more. I helps our health and also make us focus better. We feel good when we train 1-3 hours per day, but don’t overdo it. More than 1-5 hours per day can be harmful for your body and mental health.

An hour of physical activity should be done for all ages, younger to older ones.

Studies has shown that:

  • It lowers the risk of having an heart attack.
  • Helps with having a lower blood cholesterol and blood pressure.
  • Lower the chance of getting two types of diabetes and some cancers.
  • It gives you better bones and muscle, also lowering the risk of developing osteoporosis.
  • Make you fall asleep quicker at night.
  • Lowering the risk of falling.
  • It also makes you feel better, happier, energetic when you want and relaxed.

That was my opinion on why you should be in physical activity an hour per day.
