Everyone should have one hour of physical activity every day

You should have one hour of physical activity every day because if you sit still all day you will feel depressed, sad and tired.

By getting one hour of physical activity you will be able to focus more and learn more. You will also have positive feelings instead of negative feelings.

One hour of physical activity is needed to maintain your body and to be healthy. Physical activity often involves getting out and running, climbing, riding a bike or simply just playing a game/sport.

According to St. Tammany chambers often when you feel tired you should go out running for at lest 15 minutes.

That is why I think everyone should do at least one hour of physical activity every day.
