I think everyone should have at least 1 hour of physical activity every day or even more and this is why!
Just one hour of physical activity a day can make more of a difference than you may think at first, for one you will get a lot more strength both physically and mentally which means that you will get even more happy than you were before.
If you start running you will also get more stamina and speed and strength and guess what… you will also be happier. If you do physical activity you will also get health benefits like less sick and more healthy and live longer. If you are healthy that also means more attractiveness and being more attractive can make you happier for many reasons.
Alaska department of health made an article about this saying that “Physical activity prevents obesity and chances of developing cronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.”
This is how I see it why everyone should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.
